The Fresh Flowers Line of Flours

The flours below are milled from 100% Michigan grown, certified organic grains.  Flours from hard red spring wheat, soft white winter wheat, spelt, rye, barley, buckwheat, and corn in sizes of 2 lbs, 5 lbs., or 10 lbs can all be found here.  In ordering, BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE FLOUR GRADE you would like.  All flours are stone ground, and come in three grades. 

With wheat flours, including bread flour, pastry flour, and all purpose, the grades are referred to as unbleached (the starch only), whole wheat (starch and germ), or graham (a TRUE whole wheat, including the starch, the germ, and the bran).  Graham is available in bread flour only.  

With all other grains,  including spelt, rye, barley, and buckwheat, the grades are referred to as Light, Medium, and Dark.

Corn is available as a finer corn meal (the gluten free corn meal is coarser), and as corn flour.
